We operate as a made-to-order studio, where each work is produced specifically after your order is placed. This allows for a more considered process of creation, attention to detail, and reduced excess in production.

MADE TO ORDER & FULFILLMENT
Each piece is created individually after purchase. Please allow 1–7 business days for production to begin, and 8–15 business days for production and fulfillment depending on the work.

SHIPPING
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size. We use USPS for domestic orders and UPS/USPS for international shipping. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your local postal service once dispatched.

DUTIES & TAXES
International orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Any customs duties, VAT, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient, based on local regulations.

DELIVERY NOTES
We ship to PO boxes but do not ship to APO/FPO military addresses. Orders requiring multiple destinations must be placed separately. VESSELA LUMINA is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage once a package has been transferred to the carrier.
