The intention of Fire

Fire was created as an embodiment of focus, passion, and sacred direction. The artwork carries the energy of knowing where you are headed and protecting the inner flame that keeps you moving toward it. It holds the frequency of courage, conviction, self-trust, and the willingness to choose what is true for you even when that choice asks you to stand apart from the expectations around you.

In the home, it becomes a visual anchor for momentum and clarity. A piece to activate you when you need to reconnect with your direction, protect your energy from distraction, and move forward with the kind of fire that comes from knowing what matters.

Print size and presentation

Fire is reproduced as a 14" × 11" Fine Art Print on heavyweight 300gsm bright white paper, chosen to preserve the depth, saturation, and detail of the original artwork.

The paper has a refined matte finish and subtly textured surface that allows the intense reds, deep blacks, and bold symbolic details of the piece to remain rich without glare. Its surface is resistant to scratches and fingerprints, and each print is finished with hand-cut edges.

The artwork is printed without a border and arrives unframed, allowing you to choose the frame, mat, and presentation that best complement both the piece and your space.

The story behind the art

Fire is simple. It's a charge, a passion, eye on the prize energy. To be totally transparent, Fire came through as a relationship was reaching its expiration and I was angry. I was passionate. I had to choose between pleasing a partner and following my soul path. And I was already failing at the former because of the latter.

The Eye of Horus is a very sacred ancestral symbol of mine. In this piece it represents charging forward with fiery passion toward something—not just rampaging for the sake of it but refusing to be pulled away by outside noise and maintaining your own inner fire to propel forward. Despite the opinions of others, despite what it looks like to the outside world, it is about knowing with focused masculine fire what you are doing, where you are headed, and that nothing will get in the way.

— Zella Taj (Artist & VL Founder)

Focused fire. Sacred direction.

For the one who knows what they want, even when choosing it asks something difficult of them. The one learning to trust the fire in their own body, honor what keeps calling them forward, and stop abandoning themselves to remain understandable or comfortable to everyone else.

Fire carries the energy of focused movement. Hung in the home, it becomes a reminder to protect what is sacred in you, stay close to your direction, and keep moving toward the life that feels aligned. A piece to draw near with when you need courage, momentum, and the conviction to choose your path without losing yourself in the noise around you.
